Hi, I'm Steph, a product designer and effective design leader. I was recently the lead product designer for a high-impact project that generated over $20M in just nine days. I'm obsessed with finding magical solutions to complex and ambiguous challenges.

Currently at HENI, I'm designing new ways of investing in art and exploring use cases for AI and other new tech. Previously at Bitstocks, I was designing new features for financial transparency and building user trust. You can find more information about my previous projects from the last ten years below.

Fun fact: Ten years ago, before my career as a product designer, I worked in product photography with the renowned Dan Tobin Smith on new Apple launches, sharpening my eye for detail and collaboration. Now, I bring that creative rigor to product design, merging creative precision with strategic focus.

Driving innovation with strategic design
I've helped position HENI as an leader in the art-tech sector with design driven strategy in ambiguous challenge areas. I've led very successful 0-to-1 initiatives, including a project generating $20M+ in the first nine days. By partnering with engineering and data science, we also redesigned a world-leading art market database, improving accuracy with LLMs and Al. I also completely eliminated the accrued design debt with a new design system, strategic platform redesigns and shipping 50+ A/B tests for growth.

Previously at Bitstocks
Fostering trust in financial services
I improved many products in the Bitstocks ecosystem during my tenure, including the fintech app, Gravity iOS. Gravity is a people-focused brand with a strong focus on financial sovereignty. I designed new features that fostered user trust and boosted retention. The Introducer programme allowed users to invite friends and family to the application earn a percentage of their transaction fees — creating passive income for life. No catches. No loopholes.
Before that — Digital Fashion School
Driving growth as Lead designer
As lead product designer at the Digital Fashion School I established the product-market fit, MVP and sequential beta releases, surpassing all KPIs. Crafted and shipped an innovative enrolment journey, boosting revenue by 47%. Enhanced asynchronous student-tutor interactions, increasing retention 33%. Hired 3D artists and illustrators to elevate the user interface and re-designed advanced searching of download library, increasing the monthly downloads by 16%
